INFINITY DRILL


WARNING: Folks with a history of mental illness, trauma, or panic are urged not to use these techniques without a trained energy therapist. Although there are many safety features built into these processes and they have been tested and evaluated, there is always in any process the fraction of possibility that someone could experience some discomfort. So proceed with this warning.


The Infinity Drill permits its user to connect with their essential core or essence. If this exercise is directed toward strongly resisted or heavily charged issues, the person using it may trigger nondual experience. The Infinity Drill utilizes questions, a heart region hold and circular breathing (Kriya Yoga).


Here are the steps to the Infinity Drill:

(1) CIRCULAR BREATHING & HEART REGION HOLD: Place a palm on the region of your heartbeat and begin to circular breathe for the duration of this exercise. This form of breathing connects the inhale with the exhale at a moderate speed and in a comfortable fashion. The inahle is full and deep while the exhale is relaxed with no control at all. If the inhale comes via the nose then the exhale should exit the nose. If the inahle comes via the mouth then the exhale should exit the mouth. No switching. Don't stop at the top of the breath or at the bottom (Maybe a split second stop). Breathing is one continuous loop. In/out. In/out.

(2) FOCUS: Fully experience a felt sense of self, a feeling, a belief, or a physical sensation (From now on these qualities will be called F/B/PS). Allow your F/B/PS to be fully there. Experience it with NO INTENTION OF GETTING RID OF IT OR KEEPING IT. Allow your experience of the F/B/PS to grow. Your unconscious knows how to intensify it. To heighten it you may want to recall events connected with it. See those events. Hear those events. Feel those events. Smell those events. Taste those events. Give yourself time to fully connect with your F/B/PS.

(3) GREET & VALIDATE YOUR F/B/PS: Greet your F/B/PS and say hello. Validate your Feeling as a valuable biological messenger and note whatever useful functions it performs. Validate your belief as worthwhile guidance mechanism in your life and note whatever good things it does for you. If you're focusing on a physical sensation see it as a useful biological messenger and acknowledge whatever else good it does.

(4) NOTE THE SPACE AROUND YOUR F/B/PS: Briefly pay attention to the space surrounding your F/B/PS and ask the following questions over and over until you get an intuitive or felt response. If you answer I believe, you are answering intellectually and not intuitively. Let your felt sense of the F/B/PS do the responding. If need be you can imagine your F/B/PS speaking though an imaginary mouth. Give your felt sense time to respond. An intuitive reply will seem to bubble up from inside you. The questions to be repeated over and over until you pop into essence or a nondual state:

(a) Ask your F/B/PS: What do you want more than anything else?

(b) When you receive an intuitive reply, fully feel the felt sense reply and allow it to intensify.

(c)After you feel the felt sense of the reply, can you ask the felt sense: What do you want even more than that?

(d) When you receive an intuitive reply, fully feel the felt sense reply and allow it to intensify.

(e) After you feel the felt sense of the reply, can you ask the felt sense: What do you want more than that?

(c) When you receive an intuitive reply, fully feel the felt sense reply and allow it to intensify.


* Keep repeating these questions and responding to them intuitively. At a certain point your cognitive functions will seize up and you will experience either essence or a blink out of observer/observed. In essence you will note the feelings you originally embarked with transformed into its essense opposite. Typically you may experience: Love, power, serenity, wholeness, and a sense of spaciousness.

* When you experience essence, you can recall your original F/B/PS and allow it to vanish into your essence.

*You may do this exercise for several hours, bringing up new F/B/PS's to keep the chain going. At a certain point all sense of self and F/B/PS will drop away. Have fun. In essence ego dissolution is no longer threatening.
